Dhani Jones...OH YES

Lemme tell you a lil somn about this "all around renaissance man":

Currently a linebacker for the Cincinnati Bengals (2007-Present).

Attended the University of Michigan, where he was named All-Big Ten in each of his three seasons.

Is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.

Has done work as a player reporter for the NFL Network.

Has also co-hosted "Football Frenzy", an Eagles/NFL highlights show on WPVI in Philadelphia.

Also writes movie reviews and commentary for Page2 on
ESPN.com.

Has done charity work for former Vice President Al Gore’s Climate Change Project and the United Nations' World Food Program.

Has his own line of bow ties, Five Star Bow Ties.

Is currently filming Dhani Tackles the Globe, a series for the Travel Channel in which he learns how to play international sports that are unknown to most Americans (Mondays @9pm).

Oh yeah, and he is quite possibly one of the sexiest men alive, as far as I am concerned...

Let us take a moment to imagine those eyes in person...ah yes...a dangerous thought indeed...

Now, by no stretch of the imagination is an overly large pro-football player usually my type, but in this particular case, I must make an exception. For one, I find it rather intriguing that he has chosen to travel the globe, not only to better himself as an athlete, but also to educate himself about various cultures and ethnicities. Secondly, he seems exceptionally well-rounded, and, consequently, his swag is simply impeccable. He seems kinda silly as well, and very able to think on his feet...a department that it is too often evident that I am lacking in...so I am drawn to it in him...However, I could be making all of this up or doing some type of dominant read of every Travel Channel episode that I see him in...but whatevs...

Also, I took some time to think of why I am so attracted to his physical appearance, and it seems to be the result of a few things:

1. If you know me, you know that I have a slight weakness for hairy men with good caffs and big hands...need I say more?

2. This man's physical features remind me of a mixture of those belonging to an ex-boyfriend of mine (the only one with whom I would consider rekindling old flames) and a man that I always had a crush on when I was a child.

3. He is brown.

4. He has dimples.

Basically, his immense girth and the negative connotations that accompany his pro-athleteness have been overshadowed by so many other worth-wile characteristics...

So this is my current celeb infatuation...check 'im out
