hotness...

so i watched a few indubitably impeccable films this and last week, and here is some imagery and soundage from them.
last weekend in atlanta, i watched Star Trek and thoroughly enjoyed it. this was especially true because of the gorgeous individuals in the film:

found this in an entertainment weekly issue on the floor of my wonderful friend tommy's living room and just could not resist posting it....

oh spok. whereas captain kirk (who by the way is better looking than william shatner could ever have dreamed of being) is the prettiest man i have ever laid eyes on, spok was that rare ugly hot, which i also very much appreciated.


so also, i watched Quantum of Solace last night at tommy's and found it to be slightly too action packed for my liking. i know, i know, it IS a james bond movie, but i'm entitled to my own opinion, right? i will admit, that the action was flawlessly presented, so that was a plus. anyway, one of my favorite parts was this song from the intro of the film:



alicia keys is also hotness right now, and in many ways is my idol. she is so incredibly talented and also mysterious...
the other musician here is jack white, who i do not know much about (i will prob. look into his music later; don't really care right now). they did make a great duo here, though...
